At St. Anne's Nursing Home, we offer a diverse range of activities designed to enhance the well-being and quality of life for our residents.

 

Our activity program includes everything from physical exercises, arts and crafts, music therapy, and gardening, to social events, concerns, and educational workshops. Each activity is thoughtfully planned to cater to the varying interests and abilities of our residents, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate and enjoy themselves.

Physical exercises such as chair yoga, gentle aerobics, and exercises that can be done in bed help maintain mobility and wellbeing. Arts and crafts sessions, including painting, knitting, and pottery, provide creative outlets that stimulate the mind and foster a sense of accomplishment

 

Music therapy sessions, featuring sing-alongs and instrument playing, evoke joyful memories and enhance emotional well-being.

 

Gardening activities allow residents to connect with nature, while events like movie evenings, tea parties, and holiday celebrations promote community and companionship.
