Meet The Team

Lisa James is an experienced Clinical Lead and Registered General Nurse (RGN) with over a decade of expertise in healthcare, specialising in elderly care, palliative nursing as well as rehabilitation for acquired brain injuries. Lisa is known for her teamwork, hands-on leadership and personal, caring approach to patient care. Lisa also brings substantive experience in risk management, staff training, and systems implementation.

Lauren Barton began her career as a care assistant and continues to work closely with our care team alongside her management role. Lauren comes from a successful career working with leadership of two previous homes to drive improvements in care quality and management systems.
